Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 217(JUD) was read the third time. Senator Elton moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a cross sponsor on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.
